Well, it's been a while since I talked about attending a convention and the Arizona Renaissance Festival, so I thought I should update everyone on my plans on them...
Arizona Renaissance Festival
I was planning on attending the RenFest this year in February, but the past few months have been hard on me for personal reasons. So, I ended up not attending in February, but the problems I've been facing has began to clear up so I can go again. I'm planning on attending sometime this month, but I'm unsure the exact date. So, if everything goes as it's going right now, I should be able to attend and be able to take photos like I do every year. You'll see a journal post about the RenFest no matter if I attend or do not attend this year.
Phoenix Comicon
As much as I enjoyed the PCC last year, I'm afraid I'm going to have to skip it this year due to finances. There is still a chance I'll be able to attend it, but at this point of time I won't be able to financially afford the cost of attending.
Saboten Con
I wanted to attend Saboten last year, but couldn't for a variety of reasons. This year, I'd like to go and it will be (as of now) the only convention I'll be attending. As much as I'd like to say I'm entering the masquerade, I'm not planning on it. Instead, I'd rather stay off the stage and try to take photo of everyone competing like I did when I attending Saboten in 2011. I also hope to have at least one cosplay done in time for the convention, but I might get it done well before then. (I've been making a great deal of progress making it so I might get it done in time to wear to the RenFest) I also plan on wearing my Rose Tyler Idiot's Lantern dress because I worked too hard and am too proud of it to wear it once and then leave it in my closet.
Of course, all these things are tentative and I hope I can have more information on the PCC plans by next month.
That's all for now!
