Usually, the drawings I draw on paper do not like to have their picture taken or scanned and then put on the internet. This is one of those drawings.
When I drew this picture, I wanted to practice drawing a young woman running front the frontal perspective. This is what I ended up drawing. I made her wear a dress to help me understand the movement of her legs better. It was my first drawing I drew from this perspective in years (5 years or more?) and this is by far my best. I still have some practice ahead of me to make the movement look more realistic and to help me become more comfortable drawing a person moving from the front, but learning is part of becoming a better artist. Right?
Drawn on sketch paper with .7 and .5 michanical pencils. Colored with Prismacolor makers and colored pencils and one Copic marker.
